Now more than ever, as we are resurfacing from pandemic isolation in a concrete jungle, operating at a machine’s pace in our busy lives, we need time and space to allow ourselves to be human again. In the springtime, everything is blooming and coming alive. We should be doing the same for our sprouting dreams to grow and expand. During this two-hour session, Judit will be guiding our participants through a series of rituals–awakening our inner wisdom and connection with our Spirits to help our dreams bloom with the new season.

Instructor bio:
Since 2003, Judit has been guiding people into the sublime realms of the soul. She currently offers sound healing sessions, cacao ceremonies, yoga, meditation, the Five Tibetan Rites, wellness workshops and retreats. In the quest to heal herself, she found all these life-transforming ancient practices of wellbeing that would change her life forever.
She feels very fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel to India, Nepal, and Tibet to deepen her practice and experience the East's mysticism.
Judit integrates all her knowledge, intuition and passion for helping people reach their full potential. She is currently seeing clients privately at her Home Studio in NJ and offering workshops in the USA and internationally, with the sole intention that people reconnect to their hearts and soul's mission in this lifetime.
